The purpose of AA

(One persons definition)

The purpose of AA is to little by little do for you what alcohol used to do. It takes people who used to feel like they were nothing and makes them feel like they’re something, most of the time. People who lived with fear, often become fearless, much of the time. The Steps combined with Honesty, Open-mindedness and Willingness changes the way we live, and we begin a wonderful relationship with God. This in turn opens the door to His power and His success working in our lives as we never could have imagined. However, this process takes time, and we must keep doing it and growing! The Process Yields the results.
